TRANSACTION FEES FOR NEW PARTICIPANTS TO THE SERVICES. 10.1.1 The Client shall be liable to pay a fee of R5.25 (Excl VAT) per transaction successfully processed on individual requests, where positive medical aid plan information is returned. 10.1.2 The Client shall be liable to pay a fee of R3.00 (Excl VAT) per transaction successfully processed on individual requests where a Client Record Not Found (CNF) result was returned. 10.1.3 Bulk transaction volumes will be billed on a sliding scale as per the below table. Fees are VAT exclusive. S1 5000 – 24 999 R4.00 S2 25 000 – 49 999 R3.95 S3 50 000 – 74 999 R3.90 S4 75 000 – 99 999 R3.85 S5 100 000 – 124 999 R3.80 S6 125 000 – 149 999 R3.75 S7 150 000 – 174 999 R3.70 S8 175 000 – 199 999 R3.65 S9 200 000 – 224 999 R3.60 S10 225 000 – 249 999 R3.55 S11 250 000 – 274 999 R3.50 S12 275 000 – 299 999 R3.40 S13 300 000 – 799 999 R3.30 All pricing referred to above applies to the period 1 July 2022 – 30 June 2023. 10.1.4 A Request which times out entirely will not attract a fee. 10.1.5 The Client agrees that the Service Provider shall be entitled to obtain payment of all amounts due in terms of the Agreement by way of a direct monthly debit order and the entering into the terms of this Agreement shall be deemed to be irrevocable instructions for the Service Provider to do so, in respect of any bank account which the Client may nominate from time to time. 10.1.6 Invoices will be furnished by the Service Provider on a monthly basis and forwarded to the Client electronically. 10.1.7 The Client agrees that the Service Provider shall be entitled to levy the following administration charges in addition to the Services Charges as contemplated in clause 1.2 above, upon the occurrence of the following events: 10.1.8 Returned Debit Orders, in which event an amount of R252.63 (Two Hundred and Fifty Two Rand and Sixty Three Cents) will be billed. 10.1.9 All prices shall exclude VAT.
