Transaction Data. All Participant transaction data including sales of shares held long resulting from employee stock purchase plan related transactions is, or will be, and shall remain the property of UBSPW (“Transaction Data”). UBSPW agrees to provide Transaction Data to Customer at the beginning of each calendar quarter.
