Common use of Tranche C Term Notes Clause in Contracts

Tranche C Term Notes. Company shall execute and deliver on the Effective Date to each Lender providing a Tranche C Term Loan Commitment (or to Co-Administrative Agents for that Lender) a Tranche C Term Note, substantially in the form of Exhibit IV-C annexed hereto, to evidence that Lender's Tranche C Term Loans in the principal amount of that Lender's Tranche C Term Loans and with other appropriate insertions. The Notes and the Obligations evidenced thereby shall be governed by, subject to and benefit from all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents and shall be guaranteed and/or secured by the Collateral as provided in the Loan Documents.
