Training Subcommittee Sample Clauses
Training Subcommittee. The Operator shall form Project Teams to which the DEPARTMENT employee(s) may be seconded upon approval of the Operating Committee. The secondments shall be processed as contemplated in Article 17.1.4 of this Agreement.
Training Subcommittee. (a) Each location will establish a Training Subcommittee whose purpose is to develop and implement annual job-related employee training programs. This Subcommittee will be made up of two (2) representatives each from the Company and the Union at both locations and will meet on a quarterly or as-need basis to develop on-going programs and review implementation status. All decisions and actions shall be initiated by a majority vote of Committee members.
(b) Employees involuntarily terminated due to layoff, with recall rights, will be afforded access to job- related training programs subject to agreement by the respective local Training Subcommittees.
