Common use of Training Facilities Clause in Contracts

Training Facilities. The Contractor shall provide all possible facilities for training of Purchaser’s Technical personnel, where applicable when deputed by the Purchaser for acquiring first hand knowledge in assembly of the equipment and for it’s proper operation and maintenance in service if required.
