Common use of Training Capacity Clause in Contracts

Training Capacity. Student(s) shall perform in a training capacity only and shall not be utilized to treat patients in lieu of trained professionals employed by Foundation. School shall ensure that Students interact with patients only when under the supervision of a qualified professional.
