TRAINING AND UPGRADING - SELECTION. W hen the Company establishes training programs for the upgrading and enhancement of employees, opportunities for training and upgrading shall be given according to seniority. W hen specialized training is offered, first opportunities shall be given to senior employees who have the qualifications and capabilities for the training.
