Common use of Training and Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Training and Qualifications. WLL will ensure that all staff coming into contact with patients or clients are either in a professional training programme, are all appropriately qualified, or are experienced members of staff. All staff will have the necessary mandatory qualifications for the role they perform and meet all required guidance in terms of disclosure checks. The Fitness Instructors will have a minimum level 2 Instructor Qualification and have or be working towards a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Foundation GP Referral Qualification. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Foundation training will be arranged by WLL with funding contribution from the CHCP as outlined in this SLA (page 11). The Fitness Instructors will have basic mental health training provided by the CHCP.
