Training and Education Programs. Consultant shall prepare and present scientific, clinical and related professional information about MAKO Products and related procedures at MAKO-sponsored training and education seminars, meetings and other programs. When presenting at any such program, Consultant shall disclose the existence of the relationship between Consultant and MAKO created by this Agreement to the program attendees.

Training and Education Programs. The Parties will collaborate from time to time in creating and improving training and educational programs relating to the safe and effective use of the Allografts, which programs may be used by Stryker’s personnel as a way to help promote and market the Allograft Services. Stryker will have the right to make all final decisions regarding any such programs and their implementation; provided, however, that Osiris will make final decisions related to communication of information involving pending and future regulatory approvals and clearances, regulatory correspondence, and compliance with regulatory approvals and clearances, as applicable.
Training and Education Programs. Agree to Letter of Understanding that the program for the County Commissioners does not currently exist. If it is reinstated, it will be made available to the employees at whatever level is offered. The Treasurer values up-to-date skill sets and an adaptable workforce. To that end, the Treasurer agrees to post various training and seminar opportunities that may be of interest to the Treasurer’s office employees. Management agrees that when educations programs, credentials and courses related to job proficiencies and skills upgrades become available, management at its sole discretion will select employees by specific department needs. The necessary expenses will be paid by the Treasurer. This provision will be dependent upon monies available for such educational programs and courses. No Clerks will train other Clerks; only Work Leaders, Supervisors and/or management will train new hires or re-train Clerks

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • Outreach and Education The agencies agree to coordinate, conduct joint outreach presentations, and prepare and distribute publications, when appropriate, for the regulated community of common concern. • The agencies agree to work with each other to provide a side-by-side comparison of laws with overlapping provisions and jurisdiction. • The agencies agree to provide a hyperlink on each agency’s website linking users directly to the outreach materials in areas of mutual jurisdiction and concern. • The agencies agree to jointly disseminate outreach materials to the regulated community, when appropriate. • All materials bearing the DOL or DOL/WHD name, logo, or seal must be approved in advance by DOL. • All materials bearing the OEAS name, logo, or seal must be approved in advance by OEAS.
