Trainer/Supervisor/Coordinator - Technical. A Trainer/Supervisor/Coordinator - Technical is an FTM who is responsible primarily for the exercise of skills in technical fields as defined in clause 1.6.6(b), up to the level of their skill and competence and who is additionally involved in the supervision/training of other technical FTMs. Such an FTM shall receive not less than 107% of the rate of pay applicable to the FTM's technical classification.
