Trainer Program. A team member designated as a trainer, shall be paid an additional forty-five cents ($0.45) per hour for all hours worked as a trainer. To ensure fairness, the parties will meet to discuss the implementation of the trainer program. Trainer opportunities will be posted and awarded at the sole discretion of the company.
