Trails. a. Evaluate and inventory existing Town-owned or maintained trails and trailhead infrastructure and provide recommendations for additional trails, trail connections, and trail/trailhead improvements with priority placed on non-motorized access from Town. b. Evaluate pedestrian and bike connections in Town and create a plan for enhanced connectivity.
