Traffic Delay Clause Samples

Traffic Delay. The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the existing traffic flow through the job site during construction. If disruption of the traffic flow occurs and traffic is backed up in queues of 15-minute delays or longer, then the contractor shall review the construction operations which contributed directly to disruption of the traffic flow and adjust the operations to prevent the queues from occurring again.
