Common use of Traffic census Clause in Contracts

Traffic census. The Concessionaire shall install, maintain and operate electronic/ computerized ticketing counters at each of the terminal stations of the Ropeway and collect data relating to the Fee charged to the Users of the Ropeway and the number of Users using the Ropeway Facility. A monthly statement of such data shall be compiled and furnished forthwith by the Concessionaire to the Authority substantially in the form specified in Schedule-N.
