Trading Partner. A Provider who has entered into this with DMH in order to satisfy all or part of its obligations under a Legal Entity or Network Provider Agreement by means of EDI.

Trading Partner. An entity who transmits/receives information in electronic form in connection with a transaction. D. Trading Partner Agreement. A Trading Partner agreement means an agreement related to the exchange of information in electronic transactions.
Trading Partner. The purpose of this agreement is to create an obligation between the parties using e commerce and it ensures that;
(a) of any electronic equivalent of documents (transactions) referenced or exchanged under this agreement shall be deemed an acceptable practice in the ordinary course of business.
