TRADING FEES. For all of the services rendered under this Agreement with respect to the Allocated Portion as herein provided, the Adviser shall pay to the Trader an annualized fee pursuant to the Trading Agreement. No additional fees shall be payable to the Trader for the services provider under this Agreement.
