Common use of Tradesperson Clause in Contracts

Tradesperson. (a) An employee who is not employed under a trades job title listed in Appendix A, but is required to perform a trade task which is restricted by code and which s/he is certified to do, will receive the applicable trade rate of base pay for such work. (b) Where a trade task is restricted by code to those holding appropriate certification, only those with the appropriate certification will be required to perform the task described by the code, and paid accordingly.
