Tradesperson Clause Samples

Tradesperson. Any employee (including, without limitation, any mechanic, laborer, or Tradesperson) employed by a Contractor performing Tenant Work.
Tradesperson. Tradespersons will take technical orders only from MTL or management, including written orders. Technical orders are defined as orders requiring specific technical knowledge or qualification on how to perform the task.
Tradesperson. (a) An employee who is not employed under a trades job title listed in Appendix A, but is required to perform a trade task which is restricted by code and which s/he is certified to do, will receive the applicable trade rate of base pay for such work. (b) Where a trade task is restricted by code to those holding appropriate certification, only those with the appropriate certification will be required to perform the task described by the code, and paid accordingly.
Tradesperson. Tradesperson shall receive a premium of one dollar and twenty cents ($1.20) per hour. This premium shall include up to and including two (2) tradesperson/workers and be increased by the percentage increase in the basic payroll rounded to the nearest cent. Casual supervision pursuant to Article 25.07 (a) shall be paid to the senior tradesperson designated as supervisor of a group of workers that number three
Tradesperson. Tradesperson Employees must have completed and hold a Trades Certificate or Tradesperson right of Certificate as a: a. Boiler Maker; b. Fitter and ▇▇▇▇▇▇;
Tradesperson an Employee who is engaged by OCS as such, is a Trade qualified bricklayer and may perform related duties in one of the following classifications: (a) Level 1 – an Employee engaged as such, who is a Trades qualified bricklayer and able to produce quality work with minimal supervision. He or she should be able to read basic plans and may have technical and specific knowledge. (b) Level 2 – an Employee engaged as such, who acts as a leading hand bricklayer and is able to run small projects with minimal supervision. He or she should have the following: (i) a high awareness of OH issues; (ii) an ability to read plans and set out; (iii) the ability to motivate others; (iv) Leadership Skills (Level 2) qualifications; (v) a First Aid Certificate; and (vi) a Forklift Licence. (c) Level 3 – an Employee engaged as such, who acts as a supervisor and is able to run large projects with minimal supervision. In addition to the requirements for a Tradesperson – Level 2 he or she should have the following qualifications: (i) Plan Reading (Level 4); (ii) Quality control (Level 4); and (iii) OH&S (Level 4).
Tradesperson. A person employed as a Mechanical Tradesperson and has been approved by the relevant Site Manager to be a Mechanical Tradesperson. A Mechanical Tradesperson holds one or more qualifications that are applicable to the work environment, such as Fitting and Fabrication/Boilermaking trade certifications. This person is employed in a multi-skilled role that supports other construction personnel, where from time to time they can be expected to undertake tasks that are outside their core skill basis.
Tradesperson. An employee classified as a tradesperson has a recognised Australian Trade Qualification in either a mechanical or electrical trade. They conduct maintenance on machinery and equipment to enhance production times and quality of the product. This role is also responsible for the management of breakdowns.
Tradesperson. Grade 1 - ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Motor Mechanic, Painter, Plumber, Plasterer, Welder (First Class), Electrical Fitter The requirements of Tradesperson Grade 1 are: Undertake a full range of tradespersons duties. Able to work without supervision. May work independently and be responsible for a section of work following established priorities and work practices. Training Requirement - required to have completed Trade Certificate, and will undertake on-the-job training in basic skills of other trades, as required. Grade 2 - ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Motor Mechanic, Painter, Plumber, Plasterer, Welder (First Class), Electrical Fitter In addition to the requirements of Tradesperson Grade 1, employees must fulfill the following requirements as Tradesperson Grade 2: 12 months or more relevant experience. Exercise independent action. Capable of and may be required to supervise employees. Contribute to decision making processes via Operation Supervisor/s, Assets. May assist in running training courses under the direction of the Supervisor. Training Requirement- required to have completed Trade Certificate, and undertake on-the-job training in basic skills of other trades, as a minimum.
Tradesperson. Performing advanced maintenance work which includes the use of trade accredited skills in areas such as carpentry, plumbing, painting or electrical services. This includes use of specialised skills in areas such as cabinet making. • In trades positions, applying the skills taught in a trades certificate or Certificate IV or Diploma, including performance of a range of construction, maintenance and repair tasks, using precision hand and power tools and equipment. In some cases this will involve familiarity with the work of other trades or require further training. • Performing a range of security duties, including patrols, alarm responses, emergency procedures and preparing incident reportsResponsibility for the security and basic maintenance of school property • Assist with the set-up / pack-up for events and functions, including assisting with the transportation of necessary equipment and food and beverages • Assisting with traffic management • Assisting tradespersons • Responsibility for operating and managing the print room • Providing various copying, binding, laminating and other document services • Responsible for ordering and maintaining supplies of paper and toner • Responsible for allocating the cost of printing and copying to various cost centres • In trades positions, working on complex engineering or interconnected electrical circuits and/or exercising high precision trades skills using various materials and/or specialised techniques • Managing key projects including renovations and bespoke solutions incorporating a range of trades, including cabinet making, carpentry, plumbing, gas fitting, electrical and other wiring • Assisting with traffic management • Assisting other tradespersons • Responsibility for operating the College canteen, uniform shop or book shop, including recruitment, training, supervision of employees and volunteers • Assist the Business Manager with the financial performance of the PLC Shop • Responsible for ordering stock, and liaising with existing and potential suppliers • Providing other services as required by the College from time to time • Providing training and coaching of individuals and teams in various swimming disciplines • Responsibility for the PLC Aquatic training program • Supervising other coaching staff and managing sporting facilities
