(a) Tenant shall not operate, or permit Manager to operate, any Hotel under a trade name other than the trade names licensed to Tenant under the Trademark License Agreements, without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may be given or withheld by Landlord in its sole and absolute discretion.
