Common use of Trade Secret Misappropriation Clause in Contracts

Trade Secret Misappropriation. Executive acknowledges and agrees that the sale or unauthorized use or disclosure of any Company’s Trade Secrets obtained by Executive during the course of his employment with the Company, including information concerning the Company’s current or any future and proposed work, services, or products, the facts that any such work production, as well as any descriptions thereof, would constitute unfair trade practices and unauthorized use of the Company’s Trade Secrets, whether such information is used during the Employment Term or at any other time thereafter.
