Trade Regulation. All of the prices charged by Target in connection with the marketing or sale of any products or services have been in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. No claims have been communicated or threatened in writing against Target with respect to wrongful termination of any dealer, distributor or any other marketing entity, discriminatory pricing, price fixing, unfair competition, false advertising, or any other violation of any laws or regulations relating to anti-competitive practices or unfair trade practices of any kind, and to Target's knowledge, no specific situation, set of facts, or occurrence provides any basis for any such claim against Target.
