Trade Facilitation through Information Exchange. 1. Each Party shall respond to all requests for information relating to its technical regulations, standards and conformity assessment procedures and for clarification of its responses, provided that the requests are reasonable and are made in writing. Responses to written requests for information or clarification (including those made under Paragraph 3 of Article 4) shall be provided no later than 90 days after the receipt of the request or as mutually agreed between the Parties.
