Each member of the Seller Group is in compliance with export controls, sanctions, import restrictions or other trade restrictions arising under the Laws of any jurisdictions with respect to the ownership or operation of the Business. No member of the Seller Group has transported or transports, or has used or uses, materials in any manner that has violated or violates (or would cause any member of the Seller Group to be in violation of) export controls, sanctions or other trade restrictions with respect to the ownership or operation of the Business.
