Tracking Device. (a) A Tracking Device is fitted to the Caravan to enable Us to track the Caravan when it is out of Our possession. (b) When You sign the Rental Agreement You are authorising Us to use the Tracking Device to track the Caravan and record other data relating to its use, until it is returned to Us.
