Tracking Device. (a) A Tracking Device may be fitted to the Vehicle to enable Us to track the Vehicle when it is out of Our possession. When You sign the Rental Agreement You are authorising Us to use the Tracking Device to track the Vehicle and record other data relating to its use, until it is returned to Us.
(b) You must not tamper with the Tracking Device or remove it from the Vehicle.
Tracking Device. The Vehicle you are renting is equipped with a tracking device that uses technology to enable Apollo to better manage and protect the Vehicles. Please note that they can monitor the location, mileage and trip history of Vehicles. We respect your privacy and we will not share any of your personal information with anyone. Xxxxxx reserves the right to apply penalties or charges based on the tracking data if such data indicates travel in prohibited areas or unsafe driving practices.
Tracking Device. The Vehicle you are renting is equipped with a tracking device that uses technology to enable CanaDream Inc. and our financial partners to better manage and protect the Vehicles. Please note that these devices are able to monitor the location, mileage and trip history of the Vehicles.
Tracking Device a To maintain and protect the Vehicle We may fit a Tracking Device to the Vehicle to enable Us to monitor the condition, performance and operation of the Vehicle and to track the Vehicle’s movements.
Tracking Device. 10.1. During the tenor of the Loan, Mogo reserves the right to install a Tracking Device on the Asset, which ensures tracking of the location of the Asset and may provide data on the driving habits and other data related to the use of the Asset.
10.2. Any tampering with the Tracking Device by the Borrower or any other party shall, at the sole discretion of Mogo, be considered as an Event of Default.
10.3. Immediately upon Mogo's request, the Borrower shall ensure that Mogo or any third party authorized by Mogo shall be granted access to the Asset for checking the Tracking Device, repair or replace it. If the Borrower fails to cooperate, Mogo shall commence repossession procedures of the Asset, within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of notification by Mogo to the Borrower.
Tracking Device. If not already equipped or installed in Vehicle, you agree to permit us to install a device into Vehicle that allows us to track the location of the Vehicle. This device is designed to protect us until you have paid and performed your obligations under the Contract, our lien has been released from the Vehicle and we have removed the Device from the Vehicle. Installation of the device is required as a condition of approving extension of credit to you and is installed for our protection only. The device is not being sold with the Vehicle. The device and all information we receive from the vehicle remain our sole property. You agree to allow us to remove the device from the vehicle (which we will do at no cost to you) after you have fully paid and performed your obligations under the Contract. If you fail to allow us to remove the Device from the Vehicle after you have fully paid and performed your obligations under the Contract or at such earlier time as we specify, you agree that we will not be liable for, and you agree to hold us harmless from and against, any and all loss, damage, or injury resulting from any activation or malfunction of the device. You agree not to alter, disconnect, misuse or otherwise tamper with the Device. You agree that we will not be liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by tampering with, or the unauthorized removal of the Device.
Tracking Device. 4.1 The Hirer consents to the Equipment being installed with a tracking device for the purposes of the Equipment’s location to be tracked.
4.2 The Hirer accepts that if the Equipment is not returned to the Owner as per the terms of the Agreement, the tracking location will be used to determine the location of the Equipment.
4.3 The Owner agrees to not use the tracking device for unwanted tracking or to track a person outside the terms of the agreement.
Tracking Device. (a) A Tracking Device may be fitted to the Campervan to enable Us to track the Campervan when it is out of Our possession. When You sign the Rental Agreement You are authorising Us to use the Tracking Device to track the Campervan and record other data relating to its use, until it is returned to Us.
(b) You must not tamper with the Tracking Device or remove it from the Campervan.
Tracking Device. (a) A tracking device is fitted to the Trailer to enable Trailer2You to monitor the operation of the Trailer and to track its movements.
(b) Information from the tracking device may be used during and after the Hire Period. When the Hirer uses the Trailer2You App, the Hirer is authorising Trailer2You and consents to the use of the tracking device.
(c) The Hirer must not tamper with the tracking device or remove it from the Trailer.
Tracking Device. (a) To maintain and protect the Vehicle, CarBon has fitted a Tracking Device to enable it to monitor the condition, performance and operation of the Vehicle and to track the Vehicle’s movements.
(b) Information from the Tracking Device may be used during and after the Term. When the Lessee signs this Agreement, they are consenting to the use of the Tracking Device and authorising CarBon to use the information collected from it.
(c) The Lessee must not, and must not allow any other person to, tamper with the Tracking Device or remove it from the Vehicle.
