Tracking Device. (a) A Tracking Device may be fitted to the Vehicle to enable Us to track the Vehicle when it is out of Our possession. When You sign the Rental Agreement You are authorising Us to use the Tracking Device to track the Vehicle and record other data relating to its use, until it is returned to Us.
Tracking Device. The Vehicle you are renting is equipped with a tracking device that uses technology to enable Apollo to better manage and protect the Vehicles. Please note that they can monitor the location, mileage and trip history of Vehicles. We respect your privacy and we will not share any of your personal information with anyone. Xxxxxx reserves the right to apply penalties or charges based on the tracking data if such data indicates travel in prohibited areas or unsafe driving practices.
Tracking Device. The Vehicle you are renting is equipped with a tracking device that uses technology to enable CanaDream Inc. and our financial partners to better manage and protect the Vehicles. Please note that these devices are able to monitor the location, mileage and trip history of the Vehicles. We respect your privacy and we will not share any of your personal information with anyone.
Tracking Device. If not already equipped or installed in Vehicle, you agree to permit us to install a device into Vehicle that allows us to track the location of the Vehicle. This device is designed to protect us until you have paid and performed your obligations under the Contract, our lien has been released from the Vehicle and we have removed the Device from the Vehicle. Installation of the device is required as a condition of approving extension of credit to you and is installed for our protection only. The device is not being sold with the Vehicle. The device and all information we receive from the vehicle remain our sole property. You agree to allow us to remove the device from the vehicle (which we will do at no cost to you) after you have fully paid and performed your obligations under the Contract. If you fail to allow us to remove the Device from the Vehicle after you have fully paid and performed your obligations under the Contract or at such earlier time as we specify, you agree that we will not be liable for, and you agree to hold us harmless from and against, any and all loss, damage, or injury resulting from any activation or malfunction of the device. You agree not to alter, disconnect, misuse or otherwise tamper with the Device. You agree that we will not be liable for any damage to the vehicle caused by tampering with, or the unauthorized removal of the Device.
Tracking Device. 3.1 The Hirer consents to the Equipment being installed with a tracking device for the purposes of the Equipment’s location to be tracked.
Tracking Device. To maintain and protect the Vehicle We may fit a Tracking Device to the Vehicle to enable Us to monitor the condition, performance and operation of the Vehicle and to track the Vehicle’s movements.

Tracking Device. 5. All auto loans executed under this Agreement shall be secured by the installation by Dealer of a standard tracking device which shall have the ability to locate and disable any vehicle sold under this Agreement. The cost and expense of said tracking device shall be at the sole cost and expense of Dealer. Any decision to utilize the tracking device, including location and implementation of the disabling mechanism, shall be at the sole and exclusive discretion of JCFCU. It is agreed between the Parties that the tracking device will be of the type that will not disable a vehicle sold under this Agreement while the vehicle is in motion.
