Common use of Touring Clause in Contracts

Touring. Whenever the Artist, while engaged by the Engager, is required by the Engager to be outside the city of origin for any reason for any day or portion thereof the Artist shall be considered to be “on tour” and said Artist’s touring fee shall apply.
