Total Investment and Registered Capital. The Total Investment of the JVC shall be the gross amount of all the funds required to complete the three Phases of operation during the Term of this Contract and the minimum Total Investment shall be the funds required to complete any one Phase of the operation but shall not in any case exceed US Dollars 28 million unless decided otherwise by the Parties pursuant to Article 24
