Total Grant Amount. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that the Grant will not exceed the total Project costs associated with the Scope of Work minus any other incentives and that, in the event the Grant ultimately does exceed such value, MassCEC shall rescind and Grantee shall remit to MassCEC the difference between such value and the Grant.
