Common use of Total Due Payment Requirement Clause in Contracts

Total Due Payment Requirement. Each month you must pay the Total Due that is shown on your Statement, and we must receive that payment on or before the Payment Due Date shown on each Statement. The Payment Due Date will be the same day of each calendar month. If the Payment Due Date is not a Business Day, we will treat any payment received by us by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the next Business Day as having been made on the Payment Due Date.
