Total Debt to Total Capitalization. As of the end of any fiscal quarter, permit the ratio of (a) the Consolidated Debt of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of such fiscal quarter end to (b) the sum of (i) Consolidated Net Worth plus (ii) the Consolidated Debt of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, each as of such fiscal quarter end, to exceed .60 to 1.00.
