Common use of Total Completion Clause in Contracts

Total Completion. Total Completion shall occur when the Work, except those items arising from the provisions of GC 12.3 – WARRANTY, has been deemed to have been completed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Construction Lien Act (Ontario) and is so certified by the Consultant as determined by the Consultant in accordance with this Contract, including satisfying the requirements of GC 5.8 – FINAL PAYMENT.

Total Completion. Total Completion shall occur when the Work, except those items arising from the provisions of GC 12.3 – WARRANTY, has been deemed to have been completed in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Construction Lien Act (Ontario) and is so certified by the Consultant as determined by the Consultant in accordance with this Contract, including satisfying the requirements of GC 5.8 5.9 – FINAL PAYMENT.
