Total Borrowing Base on any date of determination, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the Commitments; or (b) the sum, without duplication, of clause (b) of the definition of U.S. Borrowing Base plus clause (b) of the definition of Foreign Borrowing Base; provided that no more than 50% of the Total Borrowing Base may be comprised of the Foreign Borrowing Base; it being understood that, solely for purposes of this limitation, U.S. Allocated Foreign Availability that is actually allocated to the U.S. 52 Borrowing Base in an amount up to $20,000,000 shall be deemed part of the U.S. Borrowing Base and any amount in excess of such $20,000,000 of U.S. Allocated Foreign Availability shall be deemed part of the Foreign Borrowing Base.
