  • Contract Exhibit J Quarterly Sales Report If a conflict exists among any of the Contract documents, the documents shall have priority in the order listed below:

  • Local Switching Interfaces 4.2.13.1 Deland Actel shall order ports and associated interfaces compatible with the services it wishes to provide as listed in Exhibit A. BellSouth shall provide the following local switching interfaces:

  • Secure Information Handling and Transfers 7.1 Physical and electronic handling, processing and transferring of DWP Data, including secure access to systems and the use of encryption where appropriate.

  • Voltage Schedules Once the Developer has synchronized the Large Generating Facility with the New York State Transmission System, NYISO shall require Developer to operate the Large Generating Facility to produce or absorb reactive power within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria). NYISO’s voltage schedules shall treat all sources of reactive power in the New York Control Area in an equitable and not unduly discriminatory manner. NYISO shall exercise Reasonable Efforts to provide Developer with such schedules in accordance with NYISO procedures, and may make changes to such schedules as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Developer shall operate the Large Generating Facility to maintain the specified output voltage or power factor at the Point of Interconnection within the design capability of the Large Generating Facility set forth in Article 9.5.1 (Power Factor Design Criteria) as directed by the Connecting Transmission Owner’s System Operator or the NYISO. If Developer is unable to maintain the specified voltage or power factor, it shall promptly notify NYISO.

  • AMENDED EXHIBIT A The Fund Accounting Agreement is hereby amended by changing the name of T. Rowe Price Capital Appreciation Fund to T. Rowe Price Capital Appreciation Fund, Inc.; by changing the name of T. Rowe Price Equity Income Fund to T. Rowe Price Equity Income Fund, Inc.; by changing the name of T. Rowe Price GNMA Fund to T. Rowe Price GNMA Fund, Inc.; by changing the name of T. Rowe Price New America Growth Fund to T. Rowe Price New America Growth Fund, Inc.; by changing the name of T. Rowe Price State Tax-Free Income Trust to T. Rowe Price State Tax-Free Funds, Inc.; by changing the names of Georgia Tax-Free Bond Fund, Maryland Short-Term Tax-Free Bond Fund, Maryland Tax-Free Bond Fund, Maryland Tax-Free Money Fund, New Jersey Tax-Free Bond Fund, New York Tax-Free Bond Fund, New York Tax-Free Money Fund, and Virginia Tax-Free Bond Fund to T. Rowe Price Georgia Tax-Free Bond Fund, T. Rowe Price Maryland Short-Term Tax-Free Bond Fund, T. Rowe Price Maryland Tax-Free Bond Fund, T. Rowe Price Maryland Tax-Free Money Fund, T. Rowe Price New Jersey Tax-Free Bond Fund, T. Rowe Price New York Tax-Free Bond Fund, T. Rowe Price New York Tax-Free Money Fund, and T. Rowe Price Virginia Tax-Free Bond Fund, respectively, on behalf of T. Rowe Price State Tax-Free Funds, Inc.; by removing T. Rowe Price California Tax-Free Income Trust as a Mutual Fund – Parent; and by changing the names of California Tax-Free Bond Fund and California Tax-Free Money Fund to T. Rowe Price California Tax-Free Bond Fund and T. Rowe Price California Tax-Free Money Fund, respectively, and moving them under T. Rowe Price State Tax-Free Funds, Inc. as Mutual Fund – Series.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF CONTRACTOR PRICE LIST AND CONTRACT APPENDICES Contractor shall provide Authorized Users with electronic copies of the Contract, including price lists and Appendices, upon request. OGS CENTRALIZED CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS Contract Updates will be handled as provided in Appendix C – Contract Modification Procedures.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing iNetworks traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandems and Verizon End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to iNetworks, the subtending arrangements between iNetworks Tandems and iNetworks End Offices shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that iNetworks maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • Provision for Local Switching 4.2.12.1 BellSouth shall perform routine testing (e.g., Mechanized Loop Tests (MLT) and test calls such as 105, 107 and 108 type calls) and fault isolation on a mutually agreed upon schedule.

  • Amendment to Exhibit A to Services Agreement Solely with respect to Accounts that are not investment companies registered under the 1940 Act, the section of Exhibit A to the Services Agreement entitled “Administration and Risk Management” shall be, and hereby is, deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
