TOFF CONTROL. Without relieving Contractor of any obligations hereunder, it is agreed that TOFF may take part to any degree it deems necessary in the control and removal of any pollution or contamination which is the responsibility of Contractor under the foregoing provisions; and Contractor shall reimburse TOFF for the cost thereof, subject to any limitation above provided, upon the receipt of billing from TOFF. Initiation of cleanup operation by either party shall not be construed as an admission or assumption of liability.
