Common use of To pay Government rent Clause in Contracts

To pay Government rent. Every Owner shall pay and discharge all existing and future Government rent (unless the same forms part of the management expenditure pursuant to the provisions of this Deed), taxes, rates, assessments and outgoings payable in respect of such part of the Development of which he is the Owner and to indemnify the other Owners from and against all liability thereof.
