To Keep Interior Etc. IN REPAIR To keep all the interior of the Premises including the flooring and interior plaster or other finishes or rendering to walls, floors and ceilings and the Landlord’s fixtures and fittings therein including all doors, windows, electrical installations and wiring in good, clean tenantable repair and condition and properly preserved and painted (fair wear and tear excepted) and to make good any stoppage of or damage to the drains of the said building or leakage of water of the building and the building wall and, so to maintain the same at the expense of the Tenant and to deliver up the same to the Landlord at the expiration or sooner determination of the term in like condition.
