TLD Zone Servers. In the event and to the extent that ICANN is authorized to set policy with regard to an authoritative root server system, it will ensure that (i) the authoritative root will point to the TLD zone servers designated by Registry Operator for the Registry TLD throughout the Term of this Agreement; and (ii) any changes to the TLD zone server designation submitted to ICANN by Registry Operator will be implemented by ICANN within seven days of submission.

TLD Zone Servers. In the event and to the extent that ICANN is authorized to set policy with regard to an authoritative root server system, it will ensure that (i) the authoritative root will point to the TLD zone servers designated by Registry Operator for the Registry Operator TLD throughout the Term of this Agreement; and (ii)Nameservers. ICANN will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any changes to the TLD zone server designationnameserver designations submitted to ICANN by Registry Operator (in a format and with required technical elements specified by ICANN at http:/xxx.xxxx.xxx/xxxxxxx/xxxx/) will be implemented by ICANN within seven (7) calendar days of submissionor as promptly as feasible following technical verifications.
TLD Zone Servers. IN THE EVENT AND TO THE EXTENT THAT ICANN IS AUTHORIZED TO SET POLICY WITH REGARD TO THE AUTHORITATIVE ROOT-SERVER SYSTEM, AND IN ANY CASE CONSISTENT WITH ITS OBLIGATIONS SET FORTH IN SECTION 2.2(B) ABOVE, IT WILL ENSURE THAT (I) THE AUTHORITATIVE ROOT WILL POINT TO THE TLD ZONE SERVERS DESIGNATED BY REGISTRY OPERATOR FOR THE REGISTRY TLD THROUGHOUT THE TERM OF THIS AGREEMENT; AND (II) ANY CHANGES TO THE TLD ZONE SERVER DESIGNATION SUBMITTED TO ICANN BY REGISTRY OPERATOR WILL BE IMPLEMENTED BY ICANN WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF SUBMISSION.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • NON-NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has not entered into a contract with us or any other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan. For pediatric dental care services, non-network provider is a dentist that has not entered into a contract with us or does not participate in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a non-network provider is a provider that has not entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where EveryCall has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to EveryCall. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for EveryCall (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Server Software Subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX, Vocera grants you the non-exclusive right to (i) install and run (“Use”) the Server Software on computer systems (each, a “Server Computer”) located at End User’s Facilities in the geographic territory designated above (“Territory”); (ii) to Use the Client Software in conjunction with Authorized Client Devices and such Server Computers; and (iii) for pilot licenses for certain Software provided on a trial basis, use such Software for the limited term specified by Vocera in writing. You may Use the standard Server Software on one primary Server Computer (or a primary cluster of computers suitably configured for productive use of the Server Software). You may install backup copies of the Server Software on backup Server Computers to provide redundancy in the event of failure of the primary Server Computer(s) but, unless you have acquired additional licenses or a failover license from Vocera, you may not run such backup or additional copies concurrently with the primary copies. Vocera grants you the right to use the applicable License Key issued by Vocera only to enable Use of the Server Software in conjunction with the licensed Server Computers. Server Software may be licensed for a Subscription Term as specified in the Quote.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”).
