Titles for Convenience Only. The titles for the sections of this Agreement are used only for convenience of reference and organization and will not be used to modify, explain, or interpret any of the provisions of this Agreement or the intentions of the Parties. This Agreement has been jointly drafted by the Parties and therefore will be construed according to its plain meaning and not for or against any Party.
