Common use of Titles and Headings; Construction Clause in Contracts

Titles and Headings; Construction. The titles and headings to Sections herein and to the Exhibits and Schedules hereto are inserted for the convenience of reference only and are not intended to be a part of or to affect the meaning or interpretation of this Agreement. This Agreement shall be construed without regard to any presumption or other rule requiring construction hereof against the party causing this Agreement to be drafted. The words “include”, “includes”, “included”, “including” and “such as” do not limit the preceding words or terms and shall be deemed to be followed by the words “without limitation”. All pronouns and any variations thereof refer to the masculine, feminine or neuter, singular or plural, as the context may require. All terms defined in this Agreement in their singular or plural forms, have correlative meanings when used herein in their plural or singular forms, respectively. All references herein to a Section, Article, Exhibit or Schedule are to a Section, Article, Exhibit or Schedule of or to this Agreement, unless otherwise indicated.
