Title Transfer. All materials, except functioning or dynamic financial models, prepared by PFM pursuant exclusively to this Agreement shall be the property of the Client. Subject to the exception described above, upon termination of this Agreement, at Client’s reasonable request no later than three (3) years after the termination of this Agreement, PFM shall deliver to the Client copies of any deliverables pertaining to this Agreement.
