Title to Properties; Security Documents. (a) Each Borrower has good and marketable title to, or valid leasehold interests in, all its properties and assets, except for (i) such properties as are no longer used or useful in the conduct of its business or as have been disposed of in the ordinary course of business, (ii) Permitted Liens, and (iii) minor defects in title that do not interfere with the ability of such Borrower to conduct its business as now conducted.
