TITLE, RISK AND INSURANCE. 5.1 Title and ownership of the Consignment Stock shall remain with Alcon until the earlier of: (a) payment in full for each Consignment Stock has been received by Alcon from the Customer; or (b) the relevant Consignment Stockare used by the Customer, at which point title and ownership shal transfer to the Customer.
