Common use of Title/Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Title/Responsibilities. The Executive shall serve as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Company. The Executive shall perform such duties as are usual and customary for such position and shall report directly to the Company’s Executive Chairman. The Executive shall devote his full business time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company during the Employment Period. The Executive shall not engage in any other business, job or consulting activity during the Employment Period without the prior written permission of the Board.

The Executive shall not engage in any other business, job or consulting activity during the Employment Period without the prior written permission of the Board.

The Executive shall devote his full business time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company during the Employment Period. The Executive shall not engage in any other business, job or consulting activity during the Employment Period without the prior written permission of the Board.
