Common use of Title/Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Title/Responsibilities. The Company shall continue to employ Executive in the position of Chief Accounting Officer reporting to Chief Financial Officer, and Executive hereby accepts such continued employment. During the Term, Executive shall have and perform such duties, responsibilities and authorities as are customarily associated with this position, as well as any other duties that may be assigned to Executive from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors (the “Board”) that are not inconsistent with service as an officer of the Company, including duties for any Company subsidiary or affiliate.

During the Term, Executive shall have and perform such duties, responsibilities and authorities as are customarily associated with this position, as well as any other duties that may be assigned to Executive from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors (the “Board”) that are not inconsistent with service as an officer of the Company, including duties for any Company subsidiary or affiliate.

During the Term, Executive shall have and perform such duties, responsibilities and authorities as are customarily associated with this position, as well as any other duties that may be assigned to Executive from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors (the “Board”) that are not inconsistent with service as an officer of the Company, including duties for any Company subsidiary or affiliate.
