Common use of Title Reports Clause in Contracts

Title Reports. With respect to each Closing Date Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 4.1P annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than thirty (30) days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

Title Reports. With respect to each Closing Date Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 4.1P SCHEDULE 4.1M annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than thirty (30) 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative AgentAgents;

Title Reports. With respect to each Closing Date Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 4.1P SCHEDULE 4.1K annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than thirty (30) 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Collateral Agent;

Title Reports. With respect to each Closing Date Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 4.1P 4.1H annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect theretothereto (or title certificate, report on title or equivalent report with respect to any such Closing Date Mortgaged Property located outside the United States of America), dated not more than thirty (30) 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent and Syndication Agent;

Title Reports. With respect to each Closing Date Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 4.1P 4.1S annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than thirty (30) 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;
