Common use of Title Reports Clause in Contracts

Title Reports. With respect to each Closing Date Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 3.1M annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

Title Reports. With respect to each Closing Date Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 3.1M SCHEDULE 4.1L annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

With respect to each Post-Closing Date ------------- Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 3.1M 6.10A annexed hereto, a title -------------- report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

With respect to each Closing Date Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 3.1M 4.1L annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 five (5) days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

With respect to each Closing Date Mortgaged Property listed in Part B A of Schedule 3.1M 5.5B annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

Title Reports. With respect to each Closing Date Mortgaged Property listed in Part B A of Schedule 3.14.1M annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

Title Reports. With respect to each Closing Date Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 3.1M 4.1J annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

Title Reports. With respect to each Closing Date Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 3.14.1M annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

With respect to each Closing Effective Date Mortgaged ------------- Property listed in Part B of Schedule 3.1M 4.1H annexed hereto, a title report ------------- issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Closing Effective Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;

With respect to each Closing Date Mortgaged Property listed in Part B of Schedule 3.1SCHEDULE 4.1M annexed hereto, a title report issued by the Title Company with respect thereto, dated not more than 30 days prior to the Closing Date and satisfactory in form and substance to Administrative Agent;
