The foregoing notwithstanding, Executive shall be allowed to engage in passive personal investment activity and charitable, educational, religious and similar types of non-compensated activities and speaking engagements, provided that such activity or service does not interfere with Executive's performance of his duties and responsibilities hereunder. The time involved in such activities, provided it is not significant, shall not be treated as vacation time. (c) Executive shall perform his duties and responsibilities at Company's principal business office. Executive acknowledges that his duties and responsibilities may require significant travel.
