Title I Services Sample Clauses

Title I Services. Title I Services shall include Demolition Documents for the existing structure, Pre-Preliminary Design (determination of program), Schematic Design (including concept package, development of program, rough order magnitude construction cost estimate), Design Development (including preliminary construction cost estimate, full delineation of design decisions, including equipment and controls, summary specifications) and Construction Documents (including acquiring building permit from DCRA, full specifications, final cost estimate, and bid documents sufficient to obtain general construction services). The A/E shall be responsible for conducting necessary and adequate site visits to conduct field surveys, participating in meetings with stakeholders, and coordinating with utility and regulatory agencies, as required, to prepare all necessary construction documents.
