Common use of Title and Duties Clause in Contracts

Title and Duties. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company will employ you, and you will be employed by the Company, on an “at-will” basis, as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, or in such additional or different position or positions as the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) may determine in its sole discretion, reporting to ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Chief Executive Officer. You shall do and perform all services, acts or things necessary or advisable to manage and conduct the business of the Company and which are normally associated with the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and as further described in Schedule 1 attached hereto.
