Common use of Title 18A Clause in Contracts

Title 18A. B. The Board shall grant a leave of absence for medical reason associated with pregnancy and birth to pregnant employees on the same terms and conditions governing leaves of absence for other illness or medical disabilities, as set forth in N.J.S.A. Title 18A:30-1 et seq.
